📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues, and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings, as required.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to travel, as required.
