📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard,Managing the department's budget and resources,Hiring, training, and developing staff,Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed,Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,Implementing and monitoring departmental policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Proven track record of success in a leadership position,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is a plus
