📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
• Assisting with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring all food and beverage items are stocked and prepared.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and other F&B staff to ensure efficient service.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including table decorations and setup.
• Ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
