PULSE Unggul is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.,Handle cash transactions and process returns and exchanges.,Promote products and services to customers.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Work with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.
