NPI Process Engineer - Mechanical & SMT Assembly Expert

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic devices, focusing on Mechanical and SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly.
• Conduct process validation and verification to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product designs for manufacturability.
• Utilize process control tools and software such as Minitab, DOE (Design of Experiments), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update process documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Mechanical and SMT assembly.
• Proven experience with process control tools and software such as Minitab, DOE, and FMEA.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
