Direct Smart Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Pontianak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
