Overseeing the technical support and warranty services for heavy equipment.,Managing and coordinating a team of technical support engineers.,Ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues and warranty claims.,Maintaining and updating technical documentation and records.,Conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.,Collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers to address technical issues.,Providing training and support to field technicians.,Ensuring compliance with all technical and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support and warranty services for heavy equipment.,Strong knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics and electronics.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Valid driver's license for heavy machinery.
