📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and person specifications.

Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities with internal stakeholders.

Assist in the management of the recruitment database.

Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports.

Assist in the management of the recruitment budget.

Assist in the management of the recruitment timeline.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.

Familiarity with the Indonesian job market.
