Sumber Citra Health Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy Line Cook to join our team in Kuta. As a Deputy Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our patients and visitors.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about cooking and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and managing a team of cooks to ensure that all food preparation is done efficiently and according to our high standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to our high standards.

Manage a team of cooks to ensure that all food preparation is done efficiently.

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Ensure that all recipes and menus are followed accurately.

Ensure that all food waste is minimized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a healthcare setting.

Proven ability to manage a team of cooks.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with local and international cuisines.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
