📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter management, and patient repositioning.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient care area.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your nursing skills.,Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe patient environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare facility.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
