📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position and ensure accurate job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Assist in the scheduling and conducting of interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and video interviews.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide support in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
