CV Wisesa Teratai is seeking a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team in Jimbaran. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution process, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.,Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Prepare and maintain distribution reports and other relevant documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and plans.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or sales role, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with using office software and distribution management tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English languages.
