As the Lead Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a team of site engineers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of retail sites.,Manage a team of site engineers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly addressed.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and equipment are available when needed.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all workers on site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
