Urban Central Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Pontianak. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive employee growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that align with our company's strategic goals. You will work closely with our HR team to identify learning needs, create engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Identify learning needs and create engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, managers, and executives, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and use data to improve future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall employee development strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Create and maintain learning and development policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback and support to managers and employees on their learning and development needs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
