📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Pacific Banking's products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.
