📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.,Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.,Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.,Assist with administrative tasks as required.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the security and safety of the premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Fluency in English is a plus.
