📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment progress.,Provide feedback to candidates and communicate hiring decisions in a timely manner.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
