📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
