Crystal Bold Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product information.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.
  • Promoting sales and special offers to customers.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
  • Following company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash register systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
