📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
