📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
