📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business for the company.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and marketing activities to enhance sales.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
