📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
  • Ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a bakery or similar store.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
