📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company-wide objectives.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
