📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality 3D models for POSM and trade show booths using industry-standard software such as Blender, SketchUp, or Maya.
• Develop 3D renderings and animations to showcase product features and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling 3D designs.
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and adhere to retail display standards.
• Present and pitch design concepts to clients, providing clear explanations of the creative process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D design and retail visualization.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into physical materials.
• Contribute to the development of new design techniques and tools to enhance our creative process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing POSM and retail display projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, SketchUp, or Maya.
• Experience with 3D rendering and animation software like Keyshot, V-Ray, or Blender Cycles.
• Strong understanding of retail display principles and POSM best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address client challenges and design constraints.
