📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Work with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
