📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Teach music theory, including notation, rhythm, and harmony
- Instruct students on various musical instruments such as piano, guitar, and drums
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to different age groups and skill levels
- Conduct group classes, recitals, and performances to showcase students' progress
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest music education trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a comprehensive music curriculum

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a music program
- Proficiency in teaching music theory and performance on at least one musical instrument
- Experience with music education software such as Sibelius, Finale, or SmartMusic
- Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans for diverse age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
