📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of regional development plans and strategies.
• Coordinate with provincial government agencies, local communities, and international partners to ensure the successful execution of development projects.
• Manage large-scale infrastructure projects, including road construction, water supply systems, and environmental conservation initiatives.
• Develop and implement economic diversification strategies to promote sustainable growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of development projects, ensuring they align with provincial and national goals.
• Represent the Badan Pengembangan Wilayah at meetings and conferences, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regional development, infrastructure management, or economic planning.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
