In this role, you’ll work closely with production teams to streamline assembly processes, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly line issues.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for assembly processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring production problems.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on assembly processes.
Proficient in using manufacturing software such as SAP, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
