📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and Oracle.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, order processing, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and inventory management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in order processing and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order processing, inventory management, or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle for inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
